Personal Care Worker (PCA) - Knoxfield

About the role

Estia Health Knoxfield, a light-filled aged care home near Westfield Knox and the Lakewood nature reserve, is looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker (PCA) to join its team on a permanent part-time basis. The role supports residents' daily lives, health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help monitor residents' health and assist with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
