Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Morning Shift)

About the role

Estia Health Knoxfield, a light-filled aged care home near Westfield Knox and the Lakewood nature reserve, is looking for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join its team on a part-time or casual basis for morning shifts (7 am to 3 pm). The role suits someone who has previously worked in an aged care home and wants to make a difference in people's lives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in an aged care home
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
