About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Personal Care Worker to join its team of over 14,000 employees across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. The role supports residents' daily lives, their health and wellbeing, and respects their privacy and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Monitor residents' health and help with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents
• Respect every resident's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
