Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse for its aged care home in Myrtle Bank. The role sits within a community of over 14,000 employees across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, working to enrich the lives of residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Empathetic, able to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
