Personal Banker – Karratha Branch

About the role

The Karratha branch of ANZ is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver a seamless banking experience for customers. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations and promote digital solutions while upholding ANZ’s customer promises.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and provide advice across a range of banking products.
• Engage customers in needs‑based discussions to identify suitable financial solutions, including digital channels.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team to ensure high‑quality service.
• Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with experience in retail banking or a related customer‑service environment.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking tools.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to act as a peer coach and uphold compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital banking channels and related technology.
