Personal Assistant

About the role

Acciona is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Alliance Manager of the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Perth. This 12‑month fixed‑term position provides confidential, high‑level administrative support and helps coordinate activities across senior leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative and confidential support to the Alliance Manager.
• Manage complex diary scheduling, email correspondence and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate, prepare and distribute monthly board packs and leadership reports.
• Organise travel, accommodation and logistics for the Alliance Manager and leadership team.
• Schedule, prepare agendas for, and coordinate ALT and AMT meetings.
• Record meeting minutes, track actions and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation systems and manage SharePoint records.
• Support coordination of internal and external events, including workshops and functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SharePoint.
