Performance Strategy Consulting Manager

About the role

The role sits within the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture, delivering performance strategy consulting across the ANZ region. You will lead engagements that help clients solve complex business challenges, drive meaningful change, and improve performance from the boardroom to the frontline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence.
• Manage and mentor a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts.
• Ensure delivery quality, client collaboration and coaching throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence senior client decisions and translate insights into tangible results.
• Maintain responsibility for the full engagement process rather than delegating work.

Required profile

• Consulting experience within a top‑tier (T1) strategy firm.
• Outstanding logical and analytical abilities with a proven track record of solving complex commercial problems.
• Strong academic background – university degree with quantitative focus (engineering, commerce/economics, mathematics or science); MBA or double degrees are a plus.
• Desire to see tangible impact from your work and to develop further within a structured yet entrepreneurial environment.
