People Systems Data Analyst

About the role

Support users of the People Systems data auditing tool, coach HR and payroll teams, and help maintain data quality across Workday and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users with audit findings, flagged records and required actions, providing guidance on Workday corrections.
• Investigate data exceptions, identify root causes and support bulk data corrections, testing and approvals.
• Build and maintain basic Workday reports for auditing and validation.
• Identify recurring data quality trends and contribute to process and training improvements.
• Create and maintain user guides, job aids, FAQs and other knowledge resources.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience working with HR, payroll or HRIS data.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and work effectively with guidance.
• Proactive learning attitude and interest in developing Workday expertise.

Required skills

• Workday (experience preferred or willingness to learn).
• Microsoft Excel – functions, filters, sorting, data validation.
