Senior UKG Consultant – Workforce Management

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant for its UKG Pro Workforce Management practice, within the Workforce Payroll Solutions team. You will help deliver UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for clients, turning workforce needs into practical system outcomes, while building your consulting capability in a collaborative national practice.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, including supporting solution design and configuration decisions.
• Work through complex requirements in areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities.
• Work directly with clients and project teams to run workshops, solve functional challenges and give advice that balances business goals, user experience and platform capability.
• Collaborate with the wider Deloitte WFM consulting team, sharing knowledge and aligning project delivery with client timelines.
• Build product expertise through certifications, new releases and hands-on experience across the UKG ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consultant or client-side practitioner working with UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Strong knowledge of one or more UKG Pro functional areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities.
• Confidence working with clients and internal teams in a consulting or project delivery environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capability, good organisational and time management, and a detail-oriented approach.
• An interest in the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology.
