People Learning Culture Coordinator

About the role

Join Southern Cross Care WA as a People Learning Culture Coordinator and provide essential administrative support to the People Services team. Based in our Rivervale office with flexible hybrid working, you will help ensure smooth HR, WHS, L&D and recruitment processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the People Learning Culture (PLC) email inbox, responding to employee queries or routing them to the appropriate team.
• Process onboarding, termination, transfer and other employee lifecycle changes in HR systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, databases and filing systems, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports, organisational charts and contract updates as directed.
• Handle general administration tasks such as invoice processing and coordinating the Division’s Service Award process.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience working in an HR or related administrative role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with HR information systems and data entry.
