People Lead – eShepherd

About the role

As People Lead for eShepherd, you will partner directly with the eShepherd leadership team and report to the Global People Lead – Animal Management. You will shape workforce planning, organisational design, talent scaling and provide senior‑level advice on change and complex people matters in a fast‑growing global technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and talent scaling across New Zealand, Australia and international teams.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, capability development and team growth.
• Support organisational change initiatives and complex employment‑relations matters.
• Shape critical hiring, talent pipelines and recruitment strategy when required.
• Use people, talent and market insights to inform business decisions.
• Build scalable, practical people processes as the organisation grows.

Required profile

• Significant senior People, HRBP, People Lead or broad generalist experience.
• Strong workforce planning and talent scaling experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in high‑growth, changing or complex environments.
• Experience in organisational design, change management and employment relations.
• Hands‑on talent acquisition and recruitment capability.
• Comfort working across global teams, markets and time zones.
