People & Culture Advisor – Relocate to Yulara, NT

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to join the Ayers Rock Resort team in Yulara, NT. This generalist HR position offers a hands‑on opportunity to influence workplace culture, support managers and ensure compliance across a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and coaching on HR management, industrial relations and strategy.
• Interpret and clarify terms and conditions of employment, performance management processes, and organisational policies.
• Address bullying, discriminatory behaviour and policy breaches through investigations and guidance.
• Deliver small‑group training sessions on HR‑related topics.
• Support career development, cross‑skilling and pathway planning for staff.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Manager in a small‑to‑medium business or as an HR Advisor seeking broader exposure.
• Solid generalist background with familiarity of Australian employment obligations and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretations.
• Ability to conduct workplace investigations and deliver training.
• Hospitality, maintenance trades or retail experience is preferred.
