People and Culture Talent Partner

About the role

The People and Culture Talent Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Anglicare WA, partnering with leaders and employees to build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. This full‑time permanent position is based in East Perth with flexible work options.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes across all Anglicare WA locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective recruitment strategies that meet local needs.
• Manage talent pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Process new starter contracts, variations, and terminations.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment and employment procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and support the People & Culture Service Partner model.

Required profile

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, selection and employment processes.
• Experience processing contracts and managing employee records.
• Valid National Police Clearance and WA driver’s licence.
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse young people, including Aboriginal, CALD, LGBTI and various cultural backgrounds.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Windows OS, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Database management and strong administrative attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Elmo HR System.
