About the role

ANZ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its Talent & Culture team. In this role you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, helping senior leaders attract and secure high‑calibre talent for critical and specialist financial services positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for strategic and specialist roles.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data and hiring trend analysis to inform recruitment strategy.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future workforce needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Champion inclusive hiring by embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to translate market data into actionable recruitment recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
