People and Culture Partner

About the role

The People and Culture Business Partner will support leaders across the Regional portfolio, delivering strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data and change management expertise to build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
• Lead organisational change, workforce planning and culture initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics and people data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Support remuneration reviews, reward programmes and benefits initiatives.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce reports for decision‑making.
• Contribute to organisational design and development projects.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of HR experience in a Business Partner, People & Culture or Senior Advisor role.
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach, influence and challenge leaders at all levels.
• Project management experience with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• HRIS (experience with HR information systems).
• Reporting tools and people analytics.
