About the role
Fitness Cartel is expanding fast and is building its People & Culture function. This full‑time, permanent role offers a hands‑on HR experience in a dynamic health and wellness business.
Key responsibilities
- Support the employee journey from onboarding through HR administration and engagement.
- Help design and improve People & Culture processes, systems and employee experiences.
- Partner with managers and team members on day‑to‑day people matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as the business grows.
Required profile
- Positive energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people.
- Curious, eager to learn and motivated to build a career in HR.
- Proactive, organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle priorities.
- Strong people skills, collaborative mindset and comfortable asking questions or sharing ideas.
