Patient Support Specialist – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our fast‑growing Sydney team. You will be the frontline of the patient experience, providing empathetic, high‑quality assistance across email, live chat, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support patients via email, live chat, inbound and outbound calls, meeting SLA targets.
• Own each issue from first contact through resolution, ensuring smooth handovers when needed.
• Provide real‑time assistance on live channels, delivering answers within minutes.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners across multiple locations to achieve the right outcomes for patients.
• Escalate issues appropriately while offering clear recommendations.
• Consistently meet CSAT, ticket‑solved, and handling‑time metrics without sacrificing quality.
• Identify recurring patterns and suggest improvements to enhance the overall operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telehealth/healthcare support, tech support, or a similar problem‑solving role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and genuine ownership of tasks.
• High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Experience using Google Suite.
