About the role

Crown Sydney is looking for a dedicated full-time Cook to join its Pastry kitchen. The cook delivers the highest level of service, ensuring exceptional food presentation and quality. Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

Prepare pastry dishes in the Pastry kitchen
Deliver high-quality food with excellent presentation
Work in a fast-paced team environment

Required profile

Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
Self-motivated and adaptable
Willingness to follow health and safety protocols for food and workplace safety
Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends
