Pastoral and Spiritual Care Practitioner (Casual)

About the role

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Pastoral and Spiritual Carer to join its team on a casual basis. The role provides compassionate, holistic care supporting the individual needs of patients, visitors and employees in the busy private hospital.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Theology or equivalent
• Ability to work on a casual basis
• Member of Spiritual Care Australia (desirable)
• Experience in palliative care (desirable)
• Minimum of 5 years' recent experience in a similar position
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
