Paste Fill Operator (FIFO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paste Fill Operator to join the underground team at the Granny Smith gold mine. In this role you will install, operate and maintain paste‑fill reticulation systems that support ground stability and enable ongoing mining production.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate and maintain underground paste‑fill, compressed‑air, ventilation and water/dewatering systems.
• Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance and timely repairs of equipment.
• Provide handovers, technical guidance and uphold strong safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Proven underground mining experience, preferably with service crew and paste‑fill exposure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system faults.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and ability to work in a physically demanding underground environment.
• Valid manual C‑class driver’s licence, WA Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights certification.
