About the role
MECCA is opening a new store in Rouse Hill and seeks a passionate Part‑Time Zone Manager to help launch the location. You will build the team from day one, shape store culture and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead by example.
- Coach, develop and inspire team members to grow their capabilities daily.
- Partner with the Store Leadership Team to achieve commercial results and operational excellence.
- Foster an inclusive, engaged and high‑performing team culture.
- Support the successful launch of the new Rouse Hill store.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- Strong passion for exceptional customer service and creating “MECCA‑magic” moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
