About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised part‑time Receptionist to join our Healesville clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team with daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greet clients and visitors.
- Answer and direct multi‑line phone calls with professional etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s booking system.
- Handle correspondence, organise files and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation and supply management.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail and work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or service environment is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Experience with scheduling tools and calendar management.
- Comfort using a multi‑line phone system.
