Part‑time Property Manager Assistant

About the role
This part‑time position supports the Licensee and Property Manager in Darwin with day‑to‑day property management tasks. You will assist with inspections, maintenance coordination, lease preparation and tenant communications while helping to grow the residential portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections; prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, obtain owner approvals and liaise with contractors.
- Prepare lease documentation, review tenancy applications and manage tenancy arrears using Property Me.
- File and archive documents accurately; perform general administrative duties.
- Support business development by sourcing new properties and assisting marketing activities.
Required profile
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in property management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Property Me property‑management software.
