About the role

This part‑time position supports the day‑to‑day administration of a well‑established orthopaedic practice in Norwest. You will work three days a week, assisting the Practice Manager and attending clinics on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

Provide full administrative support including correspondence, referrals, and managing patient appointments.
Attend clinic sessions – every second Monday morning at Wahroonga and Wednesday mornings at Norwest.
Process Medicare and DVA billings.
Use Gentu software where applicable.
Assist at the front desk and handle patient enquiries.
Work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site and remote tasks.

Required profile

Excellent multitasking ability and calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and professional communication style.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Previous experience in medical administration is a plus but not mandatory.
