Part‑Time Graphic Designer (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our ethical, B Corp‑certified fashion brand on a part‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will create brand‑centric visual assets that reflect our sustainable fashion ethos across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design day‑to‑day creative collateral using seasonal photography and style guides.
• Produce digital content such as social media posts, blogs, EDMs, ad sets, and website assets.
• Maintain consistency with the brand aesthetic and values.
• Suggest innovative digital presentations, including animation and emerging trends.
• Stay current with industry best practices, software updates, and user‑experience standards.
• Work on print materials like store signage, packaging, and publications where needed.
• Assist with filing and naming imagery from e‑commerce shoots.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar graphic design role.
• Passion for sustainable fashion and alignment with our brand values.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Shopify (bonus) and other e‑commerce CMS platforms.
• Strong typographic and photographic retouching abilities.
• Familiarity with social‑media and marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Twitter).
