Parts Supervisor – Lead & Mentor Team

About the role

Lead and mentor the friendly Parts Team at Scania's Campbellfield branch. You will drive parts sales growth, ensure cost‑efficient operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a supportive, safety‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Proactively drive parts sales and business growth.
• Integrate the parts team within the Aftersales environment.
• Focus the team on business targets and performance.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on efficient stock management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold systems & procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing business opportunities and growing sales performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to foster a great team environment.
• Previous experience in the heavy‑vehicle or automotive industry within parts sales, stock or warehouse settings.
• Understanding of product/service requirements for vehicle preparation, manufacturing and import processes.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and a people‑focused approach.
