Parts & Service Coordinator

About the role

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator for its Geraldton branch. You will be the central point of contact, handling quotes, orders and detailed progress reports, and helping the branch deliver a high level of customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quotes, orders and detailed progress reports to customers
• Sourcing parts and scheduling services
• Coordinating between teams
• Actioning service requests in a timely manner and keeping customers updated

Required profile

• Experience in parts interpreting
• Knowledge of earth-moving equipment
• Able to provide a high level of customer service
• Understanding of service department operations
• Current forklift licence preferred
