Parts Centre Help Desk Consultant

About the role

The Parts Centre Help Desk Consultant will provide expert parts advice and customer service to Toyota and Lexus dealers, distributors and export customers. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in Altona North and is primarily onsite with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Execute established Help Desk processes and contribute to their improvement.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails, ensuring compliance with sales policies.
• Manage reporting systems to support planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide accurate information to dealers, distributors, regions and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute Toyota communications to the dealer network.
• Maintain call centre documentation and record system changes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in a similar customer‑service role (desirable).
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and components is essential.
• Familiarity with Toyota Parts business, especially Parts Interpretation, is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of parts catalogues and interpretation.
