Parts Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Vauxhall, Fiat, Abarth, Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Leapmotor branch in Perth. You will help keep our workshops stocked with the right components and keep customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the parts required for each vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external suppliers.
• Pick and pack parts for workshop use.
• Communicate with workshop staff and provide updates to customers.
• Process invoices and review digital communications.
• Maintain accurate stock records.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience working with stock or in a retail environment.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, friendly communication style.
