Partnerships Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organised, articulate and commercially‑minded Partnerships Development Manager to expand our strategic partner ecosystem. You will build long‑term relationships with businesses across payments technology, point‑of‑sale software, retail technology and hospitality platforms, driving mutual growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across payments, POS, retail and hospitality technology ecosystems.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with complementary software, hardware and service providers.
• Grow and deepen existing partner relationships through regular engagement, strategic planning and joint opportunity development.
• Align commercial objectives with partners to drive mutual market expansion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high‑quality communication and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, product and leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
• Create and execute partnership growth plans, co‑marketing activities and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, reporting and partner communications.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover new strategic opportunities.
