Part-time Bookkeeper & Administration Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper/Administration professional to work part‑time (approximately 15 hours per week) in a hybrid environment based in Notting Hill, Melbourne. The role involves end‑to‑end bookkeeping, payroll processing and a range of administrative duties supporting the CEO and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping in MYOB, including creditors, debtors, fortnightly payroll, monthly journal entries and compliance reporting.
• Prepare financial statements for CEO review and board reporting.
• Process and maintain membership records and reconcile web‑shop transactions, gift vouchers, payment gateway funds and bank transfers with MYOB.
• Assist with additional administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
• Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
