Paralegal – Family Law (AI Product Support)

About the role

We are looking for a family‑law‑focused Paralegal to join our tech team and act as the human backbone of our AI Paralegal product. You will intervene when the AI reaches its limits, fix issues, and turn those fixes into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle real‑time inbound requests from law firms via chat‑style messages.
• Access the backend system to tweak, fix, or complete work the AI could not finish.
• Conduct phone calls with clients and lawyers, using family‑law expertise to clarify needs.
• Convert every manual intervention into clear product tickets for the development team.
• Prioritise a reactive queue and resolve the most critical items quickly.
• Assist firms in preparing existing matters for integration with the AI Paralegal.
• Collaborate with the team to workshop new features for family‑law firms.

Required profile

• Solid family‑law paralegal experience, preferably across multiple firms.
• Confidence to engage with family lawyers and push back when necessary.
• Sharp judgment in ambiguous situations and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication for creating precise product tickets.
