Paid Social Specialist – Ecommerce (Gold Coast)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to lead paid social campaigns for a portfolio of ecommerce clients in the fashion, apparel and health‑fitness sectors. Based onsite in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, you will work with a tight‑knit digital agency that values measurable growth and collaborative learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Manage client budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
• Develop creative strategies and work with internal teams to produce converting content.
• Monitor performance, translate data into actionable insights and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends.
• Contribute to broader digital strategy alongside the agency team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid social experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to run campaigns independently and deliver results.
• Experience with fashion, apparel or health‑fitness ecommerce brands is a plus.
• Strong interest in performance‑driven marketing and continuous learning.
