About the role

Mars Healthcare is recruiting a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a well-established paediatric allied health provider with multiple clinics across NSW and the ACT. The role suits clinicians from new graduates through to experienced therapists, offering a supportive, clinician-led team in Gungahlin, Canberra.

Key responsibilities

• Primarily clinic-based paediatric caseload, tailored to your interests and clinical strengths
• Work with children presenting with developmental, sensory, emotional and functional needs
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists and Psychologists
• School-based or community sessions available if desired; no home visits required
• Flexible scheduling with morning or afternoon clinic blocks

Required profile

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
• Australian working rights
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, team-focused approach and desire to grow within paediatrics

What we offer

• Salary of AU$75,000 to AU$95,000 per year plus super, bonus and CPD
• Performance-based KPI bonus of $10,000 to $15,000
• Two hours of dedicated administration time daily, with work from home or in-clinic during admin periods
