Overnight Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Brisbane Airport Hotels Group is recruiting a full-time Overnight Front Office Supervisor for its Pullman Brisbane Airport hotel. The role reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager and leads the smooth operation of the night shift within the Front Office department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the night shift operation within the Front Office department.
• Handle guest requests and guest complaints.
• Answer guests' queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail on all cash and credit transactions.
• Manage the night audit, including correctly posting revenue, identifying discrepancies and producing a complete night audit report.
• Check guests in and out.

Required profile

• Previous experience using Opera is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Good knowledge of security and emergency procedures and the ability to manage them if required.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and a high level of computer literacy.
• Experience with Opera is an advantage.
