About the role

You will be the front‑line face of our Cairns store, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests during overnight shifts. The role is fast‑paced and requires you to keep the store clean, well‑stocked and welcoming at all times.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with enquiries.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure aisles, counters and displays are tidy.
Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and keep inventory visible.
Promote a wide range of products, specials and promotions.
Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.

Required profile

Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
Flexible availability for late nights, early mornings and weekends.
Willingness to learn product ranges and store procedures.
