About the role

As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Drifter, you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure rooms and shared spaces are spotless, comfortable, and ready for guests. You will manage rosters, timesheets, and collaborate with other departments while upholding health and safety standards and handling guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across rooms and communal areas.
• Create and manage staff rosters and timesheets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to report and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist guests with any housekeeping‑related requests.
• Lead by example, rolling up sleeves to maintain high standards.
