About the role

As an Overnight Bell/Garage Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting.
• Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight.
• Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion.
• Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity.
• Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests.
• Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement.
• Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a guest‑facing hospitality or customer service role.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
