OutSystems Developer – Melbourne & Sydney (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team in Melbourne and Sydney for a six‑month project. The role focuses on delivering enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Identify and resolve defects, perform root‑cause analysis and implement performance improvements.
• Ensure code complies with security standards, coding guidelines and enterprise architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, reusable components and release notes.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, QA and client stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in delivering web and mobile solutions.
• Proven experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
