Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Outbound Sales Executive who loves a challenge, thrives on targets and knows how to turn a great conversation into a sale. Based at our Macquarie Park office with hybrid working, you will help grow our Australian Foodservice business by connecting with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, qualify leads and win new customers.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities and introducing customers to our products.
• Follow up leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows and online enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and negotiate great outcomes.
• Own your sales pipeline, manage call cycles and keep Salesforce records up to date.
• Hit sales, volume and margin targets while delivering a great customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, Foodservice or B2B.
• Confidence on the phone, with a knack for building rapport, influencing and closing sales.
• A competitive streak, resilience and motivation to achieve targets.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine drive to learn and succeed.
