Outbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Join hipages' new‑business team as an Outbound Sales Consultant, operating in a high‑energy call‑centre environment. You’ll engage tradies on a free‑trial period, communicate the platform’s benefits and convert them into paid members.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound dials and achieve 2.5 hours of talk time each day.
• Close sales and sign tradies up to the hipages platform, meeting daily and monthly revenue targets.
• Build relationships with tradie customers, understand their business needs and address objections.
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately in Salesforce CRM.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure high‑quality interactions.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Resilient and determined, able to handle high call volumes (80+ per day).
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce CRM (preferred).

• $73,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE up to $42,000).
