OSHC Diploma Qualified Casual Educator

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is looking for an OSHC Diploma qualified casual educator to work primarily at Blairmount OSHClub, building ongoing relationships with families, children, the team and the wider school community. Occasionally you may also support nearby services in the region when extra support is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Work regular shifts Monday to Friday before school (6:30-9:00am) and after school (2:45-6:00pm).
• Minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week; extra hours available during school holidays.
• Support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player who wants to grow and learn in the role.
• State working-with-children check.
• National police check (the employer covers it) and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
• NSW Diploma-level qualification completed in accordance with ACECQA to work as a Diploma-level Early Childhood Educator.

• Pay of $37-$47 per hour plus super.
• Split-shift model with an extra $21 per day for split shifts.
