OSHC Coordinator (Qualified) – Landsdale

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school programs in the Landsdale area, creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and manage daily operations for Rise then Shine (6:30‑8:30 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Design and deliver child‑centered activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
• Oversee rostering, compliance, administration and ensure a high‑quality learning experience.

Required profile

• Natural leader with a passion for guiding a team and supporting child development.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, state working‑with‑children check, and Australian working rights.
• Completed WA First Qualified Educator qualification (ACE​CQA‑recognised).

Required skills

• Experience planning and delivering educational activities for children.
• Strong organisational and team‑management abilities.
