About the role
Lead a thriving OSHC community at Mount Archer, overseeing before‑ and after‑school programs for children aged 5‑12. This permanent part‑time position offers split shifts, giving you a balanced day and the chance to make a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver a child‑centred program including STEM, sport, cooking, and arts.
- Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance and administrative duties.
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support educators.
- Partner with families, schools and internal stakeholders to grow the service.
Required profile
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification to be a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in QLD.
- National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding.
- Strong communication and natural leadership abilities.
- Australian work rights and willingness to obtain Police and Working with Children checks.
Required skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Program planning and delivery for children.
