OSHC Coordinator – Kardinya & Surrounds

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school care programs in Kardinya, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and manage daily operations for Rise then Shine (7:00‑9:00) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00) programs.
• Design and deliver child‑centered activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Oversee roster planning, compliance, administration and ensure a high standard of child safety.

Required profile

• Natural leader with a desire to guide and develop a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and State working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• Ability to manage schedules, compliance documentation and day‑to‑day administration.
• Experience planning and delivering engaging educational and recreational activities for children.
