About the role
Join Bella Vista OSHClub as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate Educators and delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.
Key responsibilities
- Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
- Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
- Oversee split‑shift schedule (7:00‑9:00 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday).
Required profile
- Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and fostering growth.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
- State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
- Complete National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
