OSHC Coordinator - Hocking Area

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for an OSHC Coordinator to lead its before- and after-school care service in the Hocking area. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a child-centred program for children aged 5-12 years, covering Rise then Shine (6:30am-8:30am) and Stay and Play (2:30pm-6:00pm). It is a permanent part-time position of 33 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Lead a team of Educators and build strong relationships with children, families and the school community.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Holds or is actively working towards an ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• State working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
