OSHC Coordinator – Hocking Area

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school programs in the Hocking area, creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators and manage daily operations for Rise then Shine (6:30‑8:30 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Design and deliver a variety of activities including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
• Maintain compliance, oversee rostering, and handle administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and fostering growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, Working‑with‑Children check, and Australian working rights.
• Relevant ACECQA‑recognised qualification (e.g., WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator).

Required skills

• Ability to plan and implement child‑centered educational activities.
• Strong organisational and roster‑management capabilities.
