About the role
Join Junior Adventures Group at the Coimadai service near Bacchus Marsh as an OSHC Coordinator. You will lead a team of passionate educators and deliver an engaging before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.
Key responsibilities
- Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
- Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting growth.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, state working‑with‑children check, and Australian working rights.
Required skills
- Ability to organise and deliver diverse educational activities.
- Strong team management and compliance oversight.
