About the role

Join Donvale Christian College as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12. This permanent part‑time position offers 22.5 hours per week, including paid admin time, and runs Monday‑Friday evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver child‑centered activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
• Manage staff rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee program safety, conduct background checks, and ensure child safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding and developing a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State Working‑with‑Children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and roster‑management abilities.
• Experience planning and facilitating educational and recreational activities.
